Right of withdrawal
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase:
- Items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- The packaging must be undamaged and in its original condition.
- Returned items must show no signs of use.
Please note that if returned items do not meet these conditions, we cannot accept them. We reserve the right to reject returns if items appear used or damaged.
Please always include a tracking number with your return shipment. Refunds will not be issued for lost returns without proof of tracking. Returns sent without tracking are the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email. Refunds will be processed within a few business days after the return has been confirmed.

Order Cancellation
Your order can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, processing begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it via email at info@bellarosastyle.com.
Returns are always the responsibility of the customer, and return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Wrong Item or Size?
If you receive the wrong item or size, we will send you the correct product free of charge.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the return has been received.
